Elsie has been invited to speak at a seminar organized by SUCCESS (Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs) of Trade and Industry Department on " Challenges and Solutions on Human Resources Management after the Pandemic." In addition, Elsie discussed the gig economy with the SMEs owners and received great interest from them. In this first physical seminar since the pandemic, participants were engaged in sharing their pain points and had a very productive discussion with Elsie.

Our founder, Elsie Yung, was invited to present her professional advice at the Hong Kong Retail Management Association's event "New Technology Development to Solve Human Resource Challenges in the Post-Pandemic Era" on 6th January 2022. Elsie shared her insights on gig workforces and how corporations can increase efficiency by utilizing them under limited resource constraints. We were able to meet HR practitioners and management from a variety of industries to better understand their challenges and discuss possible solutions.

This award is given for achieving high standards of business ethics through professional and rigorous academic research, aims to promote the “Junzi’s Five Virtues” - Benevolence, Rightness, Propriety, Wisdom and Trustworthiness, in Chinese Confucianism, as well as Western ethical theories of business that emphasize integrity and fairness in enterprise operation.
